Teeth Species Name: Carcharodon carcharias. Age: Current Era. Location: Present day tropical & temperate world-wide oceans. Size: 36" x 30" x 21" ( jaw opening as you see it ) Cost: $3400 special crating & shipping requirements not included with price. Note: The Original jaw was prepared by Dr. Gordon Hubbell a leading authority of Great White sharks. He estimates the shark that this mouth came from was a female with a length of 19.6 feet long !!! To date he does not know of any other sharks of this species that was larger. This shark was caught off the Southern Coast of California. This Jaw contains a total of 230 teeth ( 5 Rows of 46 teeth ) the largest tooth measures 2 3/8" |
